Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TELOS handles the information you share through this website — most of all, the email address you give us when you join the waiting list. It is short on purpose, because this site collects very little.

Using the TELOS app? Your data inside the app — health, calendar, and any accounts you connect — is covered by the separate in-app policy at app.telosapp.net/privacy. This page is only about the website and email signup.

01What we collect

Your email address, and a referral code if you arrived from an invite link, when you join the waiting list or submit a form.
Basic technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and which pages you viewed — recorded automatically in standard server logs to keep the site running and secure.
Anonymous usage analytics — pages and sections viewed, time on page, and which links you click, so we can improve the site. This is first-party and cookieless (we host it ourselves, set no cookies, and use no third-party or advertising trackers). It is tied only to a random id kept in your browser's local storage — never your name, email, or IP.

We don't ask for your name, payment details, or any health data on this website.

02How we use it

To add you to the waiting list and email you when founding access opens.
To send occasional email about TELOS — launch news, product updates, and offers.
To credit a referral when a friend invites you (the give-a-week / get-a-week program).
To keep the site secure and understand, in aggregate, how it's used.

03Email & Klaviyo

We use Klaviyo, a third-party email platform, to store the email you give us and to send our messages. When you join the list, your email is saved in Klaviyo on our behalf and handled under their privacy terms.

Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe. You can opt out at any time and we'll stop emailing you.

04Cookies

The site sets no cookies. It uses minimal browser local storage — to remember a referral code from an invite link so your friend gets credit, and to hold a random id for the anonymous, first-party analytics described above. We don't run cross-site or advertising trackers. You can opt out of analytics at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, or by setting telos_notrack to 1 in your browser's local storage.

05Sharing

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the providers that run this site and our email (such as Klaviyo and our hosting provider), and only so they can perform those services — or where the law requires it.

06Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the email and data we hold, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you're in the EU or UK, these are your rights under the GDPR. Email andreas@gatioagency.com and we'll action it — usually within 30 days.

07Retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, then remove it from our active lists.

08Changes

We may update this policy as things evolve; the "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
